Renting a car:

The minimal rental period is 1 day.

Every booking is considered valid after confirmation by us via the email you have provided.
2. Minimal age requirements:

The tenant must be at least 23 years old to have a valid identity card, passport, and driving license. Identity documents and a driving license must be valid throughout the rental period. To have a minimum of 3 years of experience. In cases where the tenant is a foreign citizen, an international driver's license is required, or a legalized translation of the driver's license if it is issued by a country that has not signed the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic of November 8, 1986, as well as the original driver's license.

3. The price includes:

2. Security Deposit
-
When renting a car, the tenant needs to leave a security deposit in cash or by credit or debit card. The deposit ranges from 100 to 800 €. All or part of the security deposit may be forfeited in the event of damage to the undercarriage, damage to tires, audio equipment, or a or a heavily soiled or burned interior.

Missing parts or accessories are paid for at their full value.
- The security deposit is double when traveling to a foreign country with the car (Greece, Romania, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Turkey).

- In case of any technical problems or road accidents, the customer must immediately inform them by calling the telephone numbers entered in the lease contract. In the event of a car accident, the customer must call the emergency telephone (112) and report the incident. The customer has to follow the protocol for the incident issued by the traffic police authorities.

"INSURANCE"
It is concluded against additional payment at the request of the customer.

Limitation of liability for damage and no-fault accidents up to the amount of the deposit—in compliance with the Road Traffic Act, the terms of the rental agreement, providing the car keys and documents, and providing a document issued by the competent authorities certifying the occurrence of an event. Does not apply to the use of alcohol and other intoxicating substances.

Limitation of liability for car theft and fire to the amount of the deposit—in compliance with the Road Traffic Act, the terms of the rental agreement, providing the car keys and documents, and providing a document issued by the competent authorities certifying the occurrence of an event.

Replacement car is included on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria – in the event of a technical malfunction, we will provide a replacement vehicle within 4 working days on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Important:
When you pay for "INSURANCE", you receive a full or partial release from liability, only upon presentation of a report from the Traffic Police, return of the car keys and documents and it does not apply to the use of drugs, alcohol or other narcotic substances, as well as in the case of non-compliance with the Law for road traffic. The "INSURANCE" payment does not cover damage to the vehicles' undercarriage, damage to tires and rims, audio equipment, heavily soiled or burnt interior, partial absences, loss of parts or accessories. In case of lost documents or car keys, the tenant should pay a fee according to the established price list.

Paying for "INSURANCE" does not also cover:

Damages to the undercarriage of the vehicle, tires, rims, crankcase, silencing system, in addition to the damage caused by a road accident.

Damages incurred while driving a rented car by a person not entered the rental agreement or a person without a driving license.
-
Damage incurred while using the vehicle for racing purposes.
-
Damage that occurs while driving a rented vehicle by a client while intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic or highly intoxicating substances.
-
Any damages when the client cannot submit a report from the authorities of the order of the accident and/or the theft of the vehicle.
-
Theft – if the vehicle is stolen along with the registration card and/or keys.
-
Accident or damage due to the fault of the tenant, including "mutual faults" or "unidentified faults".

7. " FULL INSURANCE"
It is concluded against additional payment at the request of the customer. "FULL INSURANCE" includes "INSURANCE" from point 6 and gives the following additional rights:
-
Release from liability in case of damage to the exterior of the car – in compliance with the road traffic law and the terms of the rental agreement.

Release from liability for damage caused to tires – in compliance with the road traffic law and the terms of the rental agreement.
-
Release from liability for damage caused to rims and hubcaps – in compliance with the road traffic law and the terms of the rental agreement.
-
Release from liability for damage to the windshield – in compliance with the road traffic law and the terms of the rental agreement.
-
Including a replacement car on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria – in the event of an accident, damage or theft, the tenant will receive a replacement car within 2 working days, on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Important:
When you pay for" FULL INSURANCE", the tenants' liability is limited to damages incurred in up to one event during the rental period, and you receive full release from liability only upon presentation of a report from the traffic police, an inspection document and a list of damages from the insurance company, return of the car keys and documents and does not apply to the use of drugs, alcohol or other intoxicating substances, as well as non-compliance with the terms of the rental agreement and non-compliance with the traffic law. The payment of "FULL INSURANCE" does not cover damage to the interior, heavily soiled or burnt interior, partial absences and loss of accessories. In case of lost documents or car keys, the tenant should pay a fee according to the established price list.

Paying for "FULL INSURANCE" does not also cover:

Damages incurred while driving a rented car by a person not entered the rental agreement or a person without a driving license.

Damage that occurred during the use of the car for racing, cargo, commercial purposes or the realization of paid transportation of people, shipments, etc.
-
Damage that occurred while driving the rented car by the client while intoxicated or under the influence of narcotics or highly intoxicating substances.
-
Theft – if the vehicle is stolen along with the registration card and/or keys.
-
Any damage when the customer cannot provide a report from the law enforcement authorities for an event, accident or theft of the car and a document for an inspection and inventory of damage from the insurance company.

8. The rental price does not include fuel.
The car is delivered with a full tank and so returns. In case of returning of the car with an incomplete tank, the customer pays the missing fuel at the market price per liter of fuel on the same day and a fee of €10.

Refueling is done ONLY at the specified gas stations: OMV, Shell, LUKOIL, ECO, and the receipt is saved from each refueling for.
9. Delivery:

Delivery of the car in Sofia (your address, Sofia airport, bus station, hotels), for a rental period of 5+ days, is free of charge within working hours.

Delivery of the car in Sofia (your address, Sofia airport, bus station, hotels), for a rent period of 1 to 5 days is paid in the amount of a one-time fee of €15.

Delivery of the car in Sofia (your address, Sofia airport, bus station, hotels, including pick-up at our office), after working hours cost one-time fee of €20

Returning the car in Sofia (your address, Sofia airport, bus station, hotels, including our office), after working hours cost one-time fee of €20

11. Traveling abroad.
It is possible to travel abroad with our cars. The alowed destinations are Greece, Romania, Serbia, North Macedonia, and Turkey after prior approval by us and negotiating terms with the tenant, with a one-time fee in the amount of €50 to €150 depending on the country you are planning on visiting. It's possible to travel to more than one of these countries. The fee for each country will be added to the rental price.

12. Terms for cancelation or change of reservation:
Reservations that have been confirmed can be canceled or modified by the tenant up to 72 hours before the start of the rental period, without additional fees. If canceled or modified, less than 72 hours before the start of the rental period, a fee of 15% of the final rental price will be charged. In case of prepayment, the entire prepaid amount will not be refunded in case of failure of the tenant to receive the car. If a prepayment is made, the entire amount will be refunded upon reservation, in case an alternative car cannot be provided. Refund of prepayment upon cancelation 72 hours before the start of the rental period is refunded within 48 hours to the same account or card from which the payment was made. In the case of early return of the car (before the expiration of the contract), in the case of rent of 1 to 5 days – we do not refund money. With a rent of 5+ days, we deduct 50% of the rental amount for the remaining period of the contract.
We also have the right to refuse to provide our services to a client for security reasons and not only without explaining the reasons.
13. Extension of reservation after the start of the rental.
If the client wishes to extend his reservation, he must send an inquiry by e-mail or by telephone to the specified telephone number on the web page. The price for the reservation extension is charged according to the current price list based on the total number of rental days. We recommend that you ask for your reservation to be extended as soon as possible because of the risk of the next reservation being delayed.

All types of damage that occur when driving a car by a person are not listed in the rental agreement.

Absences and damage to the clients' personal belongings
15. Its absolutely forbidden:

Smoking in the car
-
Driving under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants
-
Off-road driving
-
Transfer of the vehicle to third parties
-
Using the car for competitions, commercial purposes or carrying out paid transportation of people, etc.

Towing another car
-
Transport of animals, without a special cages intended for this purpose
16. Handover and acceptance of the car
The car is delivered to the client in good condition with the mandatory equipment required by the traffic police authorities – Traffic Police, reflected in a bilaterally signed acceptance and transfer protocol, an integral part of the contract under the terms of which the car is returned. The tenant undertakes to return the car with all the documents submitted to it within the agreed time and place in the same condition. Failure to fulfill the obligation to return the rented car from the tenant for more than one day (24 hours) from the date of expiry of the agreed term, without notifying the owner, shall be considered an appropriation and the Lessor shall notify competent authorities, while retaining all rights under contract.
7. Rights of the Lessee

If the Lessee has not been able to rent the reserved car on time due to the fault of the Lessor, the former has the right to request a refund of part of the advance payment, consistent with the period of delay.

If the Lessor cannot present a car on a confirmed reservation, the client has the right to request a similar class of car or a refund of the advance payment made by him.
-
No other compensation is envisaged.
18. Responsibility of the Tenant
-
To comply with the traffic law.
-
To ensure the safety and security of the rented car.
-
To keep the car securely locked.
-
To return the car within the period specified in the rental agreement.
-
To pay all possible fines to the traffic police.
-
To pay all costs in case of a traffic accident or theft (if no additional "Insurance" fee has been purchased and the conditions of the rental agreement are not met).
-
To cover the value of lost parts, accessories, keys, documents, registration plates and other deficiencies, according to the established price list.
-
To pay a fee for smoking in the car and to cover the costs of dry cleaning the cabin in case of serious pollution.
-
To cover the rental costs for the entire period of stay of the car, if it is stopped by Traffic Police due to violation of the traffic law by the Tenant.
19. Rights of the Landlord
-
The Landlord has the right to refuse to provide its services to the Tenant for security reasons and not only, without explaining the reasons. In such situations, the Landlord must refund the prepaid amount to the Tenant.
19.1 The Landlord has the right to terminate the contract early and return the car if:
-
The Tenant violates the terms of the contract.
-
The Tenant committed fraud to obtain the car.
-
The car is abandoned.
-
The car is not returned within the agreed time and place specified in the contract.
-
The car is damaged.
-
The Lessor or a representative of the Traffic Police or other competent state authority has reason to believe that the Lessees driving (or driving the driver entered in the rental agreement) may pose a real danger to himself and/or to any other person.
20. Responsibility of the Landlord

The Landlord guarantees the reserved car. In case of impossibility to provide the reserved car, the Lessor is obliged to present a car of the same class or to cancel the reservation with full refund of the advance payment made by the Lessee.

The Landlord guarantees that the provided car is technically sound, has all the necessary documents, a small coupon, a sign for passed technical inspection, liability insurance and paid toll taxes.

The Landlord is obliged to present the reserved car for rent to the client in the pre – agreed date and time, allowing normal delays due to traffic and other unforeseen and independent of the Lessor circumstances interrupting the road network.
-
In case of prepaid confirmed reservation, the Landlord is obliged to wait for the client to appear within 2 hours after the pre – agreed time of rental. After this time, the reservation can be canceled and dropped from the working schedule of the car and treated as no show of the Lessee.

The Landlord and respectively the employees and representatives of the Landlord shall not be liable for losses (direct/indirect/subsequent) of profit/income or for expenses incurred by the Lessee, as well as for damages incurred by the Lessee or other persons incurred as a result of or connection with the use, inability to use or delay in presenting the car. The Landlord is not responsible for missing and theft of personal belongings from the car.
